Latitude Partners provides commercial, strategic and transaction advisory services. We work with Client teams to bring Innovative, Independent, Insight delivered by people with real hands on experience and bring new perspective to enable better decision making.

Our work spans a broad range of very different engagements and requires tailored solutions. We intentionally do not seek routine or “vanilla” consulting engagements. We work with our clients – often in joint teams – to develop their capacity, build capability and complement existing skills. 

 

Our experience across sectors and different roles enables us to bring a different perspective and to “connect the dots”. We are not industry experts, we leave that to our clients. What we do bring is commercial and strategic expertise to help clients with complex commercial and strategic opportunities. 

 

 

Strategic

We deliver high quality strategic insight to our clients and have worked with Boards and Senior Executives from start up entities to large ASX and Global corporates on a range of mandates including new market entry, industry value chain reviews and corporate strategy reviews across commodity, energy and infrastructure sectors. 

 

Commercial

We have worked in-house with our clients to deliver commercial and corporate support on specific transaction and project related initiatives. We are experienced facilitators and have negotiated JV Agreements, infrastructure agreements and a broad range of commercial contracts.

 

Transaction

We have deep understanding and experience in the full range of capital markets and M&A services and have worked with a broad range of investors in the equity, debt and hybrid markets. We have managed multiple transactions on behalf of clients and have acted as client representatives on corporate transactions.
